All sales are final. All items are sold as is; please inspect all photos and descriptions before purchasing any items. 

ANTEACTUS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, DESTROYED, UNRECEIVED, SEIZED OR WITHHELD ITEMS FROM SHIPPING CARRIERS AND / OR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS REGULATIONS 

Items which have been returned to Anteactus due to unpaid customs/import fees are eligible for refunds. However, penalty fees will apply and be deducted from total refund amount. Penalty fee will be dependent on shipping carriers' charges to receive packages with unpaid customs / import duties.

In the rare case of approved refund request, items must be sent to Anteactus within 1 business days from the written and approved return request and will not be considered an acceptable return if the item(s) is sent to Anteactus within that time frame. Under no circumstances will we accept/approve or entertain returns or exchanges after 1 business days after the order delivery date shown in the tracking number.. Penalty fees will apply for any damages/worn items. Total refund amount will depend on condition of item returned. A 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the original order total as a restocking fee (applies for all orders). Refunds of this circumstance will be 80% of the price paid by the purchaser. All items described as final sale in the item's description will not be refunded and will not be considered for refunds or exchanges.

Rental returns must be made according to our rental policies. Rental return shipping fees will be covered by the renter.
