Rental Overview
The products on this page are for rentals and fittings only. The rental fee covers a rental period of 7 days maximum. Ownership of this item remains with Anteactus LLC at all times. You are solely responsible for: (i) the fee for any Paid Services that you order , (ii) the replacement price of any Products that are not returned in accordance with our policies, and (iii) any late fees accrued by you due to late or lost items.

Pricing and Fees
Rental Price: The rental price varies per item. The rental price will also determined by the project / event type.
Rental fees are not refundable.
Fittings Price: 25% of the rental price. Any and all fittings fees paid will be credited to your rental order if the item is selected for a full rental. Fittings fees are not refundable.
Late Fees: $30 per day (excluding Sunday) for each item sent late after agreed return date stated in the agreement.
Replacement Fee: Items not returned after 30 days from the agreed up return date, will be charged the full replacement price of the rental product, which will be stated in the description of the corresponding item on anteactus.net.

Returns
All items must be returned in the same and proper packaging they were received (eg. boxes, dust-bags) All shipping costs, local courier costs and incurred customs fees are the sole responsibility of the renter. Returns must be shipped priority with tracking information. Items being shipped back to Anteactus will only be subject to late fees if postmarked at a later date than agreed upon. You will not be charged any late fees due to carrier delays.
Fittings:
All fittings items are due to be returned the next business day after the Fittings date unless otherwise stated. A tracking number of the return items must be provided to prove the items have been shipped out on the return date. All items not returned on this due date will be charged as a fully rented item at the “Rental Price”

Damage Policies
Items returned in irreparable condition will be charged to the renter at the full replacement value. The renter is responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage to the products for any reason, including due to theft, loss, disappearance, fire, major stains, discoloration, major odors, major flaws,tears, Missing pieces, missing packaging material or any other cause. If any of these borrowed items are damaged in any way, then the renter hereby agrees to pay Anteactus according to the "Damage Fees by Scenario" listed and/or authorizes Anteactus (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the price for repairing or replacing the product, as determined in our discretion according to the "Damage Fees by Scenario" list , up to the corresponding replacement price.

Missing Buttons: $25 for each basic button, $50 for each unique button, $75 for each branded button, $180 for each elaborate button
Missing Embellishements: $70 for every cm of missing embellishment area
Unstitched Seam: $75-$900
Stains on synthetic fabric : $50 per cm
Stains on leather fabric: $125 per cm
Stains on silk fabric: $80 per cm
Stains on fur fabrics: $180 per m
Stains on linen or cotton fabrics: $75 per cm
Scuffs: $50 per cm
Runs in fabric: $40 per cm
Nicks / Pulls in fabric: $40 per nick / pull
Tear: 50% - 100% of product’s replacement price. Determined at Anteactus' discretion.

Consent
By placing an order with Anteactus you agree to all our rental terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them. Ownership of the product(s) rented remains with Anteactus at all times. By placing an order with Anteactus, you agree and acknowledge that any items used for anything other than a try on situation, will be charged as a rented item. By placing an order with Anteactus, you agree to make the payment(s) for any item(s) selected for purchase. By placing an order with Anteactus, you are aware of the item(s) replacement price and late fee of each item (s) and agree to all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
Rental Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with us, you agree to have read and understood all rental terms and conditions listed in this site; and you agree to accept and abide all rental terms and conditions and store policies listed in this site on this page and in Section 21 of our Terms of Service, General Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and all sections of our Terms of Service.
RENTER shall keep and maintain the rented clothing during the terms of the rental at his/her own cost and expense. He/She shall keep the clothing in a good state of repair, normal wear and tear excepted.The RENTER shall pay the OWNER full compensation for replacement and repair of clothing which is not returned because it is lost or stolen or any clothing which is damaged and in need of repair to put it in the same condition it was in at the time of rental. The OWNER's invoice for replacement or repair is conclusive as to the amount RENTER shall pay due on this product page in the description tab for repair or replacement.The clothing shall be delivered to RENTER and returned to OWNER at the RENTER'S risk, cost and expense. If a periodic rental rate is charged by OWNER, rental charges are billed to the RENTER for each period or portions of the period from the time the clothing is delivered to RENTER for the full term even if the clothing is returned before the end of the term. If the clothing is not returned during or at the end of the term, then the rental charges shall continue on a full term basis for any additional term or portion thereof until the clothing is returned.Acceptance of returned clothing by OWNER does not constitute a waiver if any of the rights OWNER has under the rental agreement.The RENTER shall not pledge or encumber the rented clothing in any way. The OWNER may terminate this agreement immediately upon the failure of RENTER to make rental payments when due, or upon RENTER's filling for protection from creditors in any court of competent jurisdiction.The RENTER indemnifies and holds OWNER harmless for all injuries or damage of any kind for repossession and for all consequential and special damages for any claimed breach of warranty.The RENTER shall pay all reasonable attorney and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by OWNER in protection of its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken against OWNER to collect any amounts due to the OWNER under this rental agreementThese terms are accepted by the RENTER upon delivery of the terms to the RENTER or the agent or other representative of RENTER presented on each rental product page at anteactus.net.
